Introduction of the Secretariat Office

The Secretariat office is directly under the leadership of the CEO, assisting the CEO to coordinate and communicate with each department internally, and is responsible for public relations, invitation and the reception of visitors externally.

Internally, its main duties are to organise monthly executive meeting and other executive meetings. It is also in charge of drafting annual work plan, compiling various reports and following up with the execution of meeting decisions. Other than that, the Secretariat Office also has to communicate, inform, coordinate or follow up the duties assigned by the CEO to each department.

Externally, it has to arrange representatives to attend various invitations, entertain guests and visitors, manage the publicity of statement, schedule interviews, etc.

 

Responsibilities of the department:

  1. Organise monthly executive meeting,  yearly annual meeting which includes work planning and budget planning;
  2. Plan and review annual work plan of the association;
  3. Arrange representatives to attend various invitation nationwide and abroad;
  4. Entertain guests and visitors from nationwide and abroad;
  5. Manage the release of proclamation, statement, speech, congratulatory message, and inscription;
  6. Forward external emails sent to the official email account to relevant departments; and
  7. Inform each department about the duties assigned by the CEO.
